TERMS & CONDITIONS
This agreement we provide should be read entirely by anyone who uses our services. This is a legal agreement representing the binding between you and RM Royal Media Ltd., also known as Rummy Chief. We own and operate the Internet site to be found at www.Rummychief.com.
Introduction
The Agreement is the binding between your access to our Site and games, the Software you have to download from the Site and the use of your account created. If you access, use, read, install or download anything from our site you agree to the current version of the Agreement.
This Agreement alongside with the policies and rules found on the site establish the agreement between you and Rummy Chief. This agreement cannot be modified by you.
A license for you is being made by the Software of Rummy Chief for you private use. Note the fact that the Software and the Site are not to be used by individuals under the age of 18, or under the legal age set in their jurisdiction or by anyone who lives in a jurisdiction where accessing this Site is considered illegal.
You can only use the Software along with your player ID that is unique and your secret password that you chose and which only you know. You will use this Software only to access the Rummy Chief Servers to play Gin Rummy, Oklahoma Gin, Rummy, Kalooki, Traditional Rummy, and Rummy 500 according to this Agreement.
The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
- Grant of License. Rummy Chief grants the player a non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable right to install and use the software for the purpose of playing the games provided.
- No Warranties. Rummy Chief does not provide any warranties in terms of quality, purposes, completeness, merchantability or accuracy of the system, site or games provided. Even though Rummy Chiefs’ team puts a lot of effort in its work, it doesn’t guarantee that the software, site of games will work errorless and that the services provided on the site are free from harmful viruses. In case something goes wrong during a tournament, like system crashes, and it is proved to be Rummy Chiefs’ fault, the employees will evaluate the situation and send a refund for that tournament only. Rummy Chief is the only part capable of deciding what the problem was and if the servers malfunctioned. Rummy Chief is also capable of banning your account in case it is proved that you intentionally cause a malfunction to the server. Also it reserves the right to limit your tournament play or terminate your account in case it determines that you have intentionally caused such malfunction or disruption. Rummy Chief is not liable for potential winnings when the case of unfinished tournaments.
No party or person affiliated is authorized to extend such Warranties.
Prohibited Uses
- Software modifications. No user has the right to modify, decompile or disassemble the Software by any means.
- Personal Use. It is strictly forbidden that the software is used for commercial purposes. The users’ only right is to use the software for his own personal entertainment. The account created by a user is not allowed to be used in other purposes than for playing Rummy Games.
- Multiple Accounts. Only one personal account is accepted. Also only one account per computer or address. Rummy Chief will identify all the attempts in creating more accounts. If we discover that you somehow managed to create more accounts all your accounts will be closed without any notice.
- External player assistance programs (EPA). Rummy Chief doesn’t allow "External" programs that could help you win the games. The external programs are the ones who can provide cheats. You agree to the fact that Rummy Chief could identify and prevent the use of these types of programs.
- Automatic Players (Bots). Using robots in connection with the software is also strictly forbidden.
- Collusion. A user who shares cards or use any kind of conspiracy is also prohibited.
"Chip-Dumping". Chip-Dumping is used by users who lose a hand on purpose in order to transfer the money to another user

If Rummy Chief discovers the fact that one of the users has committed any kind of frauds or improper activities while using the software or playing Rummy Chief games, or any kind of activity described above as being forbidden, it has the right to restrict seating, prohibiting users to play at a certain table or block the access to the Games, closing their account and seizing the users money held in the Rummy Chief account.
Rules of Conduct.
- Profanity, obscene behavior or language, the use of asterisks (*) or other characters used to disguise obscene words is strictly forbidden.
- Obscene, pornographic, abusive, violent, insulting, indecent, threatening and harassing language of any kind is also forbidden and punished.
- Placing ads of other companies or sites is not allowed.
- It is recommended therefore forbidden to post personal information like name, phone number, password, credit card number on the Site.
- No copyrighted materials are allowed in messages.
- All the information you post in the chat rooms, message boards or eMessage becomes the property of the site therefore revealed to the public so it is not our responsibility for the information you share with others.
Auto Play. For a user to complete a round he has one minute at his service. If he doesn’t manage to make his move during this minute the system will draw a card automatically, card that the system will dispose at the end of the turn. The system doesn’t drip jokers. If a player misses his turn two times in a row the system will put him on auto-play mode. If and when the user returns he has to click the “I am back” button. If all the players from a table are on auto-play mode the game will be canceled after two rounds.
Promotions. It can happen that Rummy Chief offers a Promotion Bonus. If the case it will publish along with it a term and conditions agreement regarding the Promotion Bonus offered. You have to agree with all these terms and conditions in order to benefit from it.
- You also have to agree to receive communications from us from time to time through any electronic form: email, website, messages on the application. The communications in electronic or paper format are considered to be "in writing", and if sent have to be received within five working days.
Limitation of Liability. Rummy Chief or any of its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, shareholders, promotion agents, agents, successors, assigns or service providers are responsible for any damages, losses of profits, information or other resulting from the use or misuse of the site, software or Rummy games. Also Rummy Chief is not to be held responsible for damages or corruption of your computer due to viruses obtained from using or downloading from our site
Rummy Chief Account. If you want to play the game for real money you will have to deposit some funds into your account. The methods in which you can do this are posted on the Rummy Chief site. The payment will be confirmed by Rummy Chief or its agents. You will not be allowed to use the website for other purposes than for playing Rummy games. If you are discovered to use the site for other purposes and Rummy Chief finds out, your access will be immediately blocked and your account banned. Furthermore it has the right to seize all your money from your Rummy Chief account. Rummy Chief will perceive a tax for your account. Remember that Rummy Chief is not a bank and that the funds you deposit of win are not insured by any government agency. If you attempt to transfer money from one account to another in other contexts than while playing the game is strictly forbidden. All payments will be made in the currency specified of the site.
Cash outs. Read the Cash out Policy located on the site. If you use the site regularly you accept the Policy.
Fraudulent Activity. You will be immediately banned from Rummy Chief if you are discovered to be implicated in fraudulent activity of any kind, as mentioned above. You accounts will be deactivated and you will never be able to register back.
Security. The player agrees that the only one responsible for all his actions regarding Rummy Chief Services is himself. Through his Id and Password he is obligated to keep his information confidential as Rummy Chief will not be held responsible for any problems the users might have if sharing their passwords.
Legal Issues. The user should respect all the international laws and regulations regarding the use of Rummy Chief. In some jurisdictions the laws regarding online gaming are vague and you should check with a legal advisor to see if Rummy Chief is allowed in your jurisdiction before registering on our site.
U.S. PLAYERS
If you are a player from Arkansas, Arizona, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Iowa, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, Montana, Nebraska, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee or Vermont you should know that you are allowed to participate in the game but you can’t win any prizes.
Copyrights and Trademark. Rummy Chief and Rummy Chief.com are the trade marks. Whatever software, images, animations, videos, audio or text may appear on the site, are property of Rummy Chief and they are protected by copyright laws. You are not allowed to use these materials, trades or service marks for any kind of commercial purpose.
Termination. If you don’t respect the terms and conditions stipulated in the Agreement Rummy Chief will immediately cease the Agreement and you shell be obligated to destroy all of the copies of the software you own.
Amendment. Rummy Chief can change the Agreement any time without notice. Review the Agreement from time to time in order to be kept up to date with the possible changes. If you continue to use the application you automatically agree to the terms and conditions stipulated.
Governing Law. The Agreement is settled according to the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England own exclusive jurisdiction regarding any claims of differences on the base of the Agreement.
Severability. Should a stipulation of the Agreement become illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, it shell not affect the validity of any other clause of the Agreement.
No waiver. A specified exception of a clause is valid for and only for that clause and for no other of the stipulations in the Agreement unless specified.
Indemnity. The player agrees to endorse Rummy Chief and its affiliates from any claim or demand if he breaches the Agreement and suffers damages.
